Our "Standard" core, strength, cross-training program is based
on the functionality of movement and is particular to the student's requirements whether it be sport, work, or leisure
time activity. (Thursdays 7 PM)
Our "Fit at 50" class is
designed for mature adults (over 30 years of age) that either want to get in shape or are looking for fall prevention and
stability to enhance their lifestyles. (Mon. & Wed. 10 AM)
